How surprising.
Quote:
President Trump is once again moving the goalposts on projected COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. During an interview with Fox Business that aired Thursday morning, Trump said the death toll would likely hit 100,000 or more in the U.S. before the pandemic is over. Trump has repeatedly moved up what he thinks the projected death toll in the U.S. will be. Last week, he said it could kill “anywhere from 75, 80 to 100,000 people. In April he claimed it would only be 50,000. We’ll keep an eye on this escalation.

Democrats declined to require Dr. Rick Bright, the “whistleblower” who appeared before the House on Thursday, to testify under oath as he told a subcommittee that the Trump administration had not responded adequately to the coronavirus pandemic.

What does that tell you?

Let's get this straight, countless models have been proven wrong. Experts have been proven wrong and constantly change their opinions but only Trump can be called out?

That is why the media and propagandists like yourself should be roundly ignored.

CNN Tries to Hide Its Own Favorability Poll After Trump Comes out on Top

CNN is a joke. Why anyone even listens can only be because they enjoy being lied to.

Modern Republicans have learned these things and know them with certainty:

1) so-called "experts" are mostly con men
2) "scientific elites" and doctors working in hospitals are not to be trusted
3) the nation will fail if Americans' greatest tradition - reliance on common sense - continues to be purposefully tarnished and eroded.

And that is why Republicans now, when faced with the need for complex surgical operations are insisting the procedures be done by Jared Kushner or any Fox News host.

Need to remind people how Democrats think the truth is unimportant and unnecessary. We cannot have liars like this in power.

@coldjoint,
I can patiently wait till anything comes forth. What you guys are doing is trying to add "Spin" to a sries of redacted volumes. The redacted parts seem to point to "other" areas under investigation , caus everything about Flynn's ooriginal culpbibility will remain.
So the redactions better be good.

Youve apparently made up your mind even before knowing whats under the redactions, are you "The Great Ronzoni" ??

@farmerman,
What is ‘Obamagate,’ anyway? And how does it involve Michael Flynn?
Quote:
It seems Trump is keeping his allegation intentionally vague. “You know what the crime is,” he said Monday when asked by reporters what he meant and what specific crimes he was alleging. Pressed, Trump was unable to name any.

But we got some clues on Wednesday that it may be connected to two things close to Trump’s heart:

• Trump’s full-scale effort to undermine the Russia investigation that dominated nearly the first two years of his presidency and swept up many of his top aides, including former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
• Trump’s reelection efforts
Whatever it is, this Obamagate allegation seems to be ramping up this week with the help of some Senate Republicans, Trump’s conservative media allies and his top intelligence chief — and more and more, it seems to be geared at Trump’s presumptive 2020 opponent, Joe Biden.
[... ... ... ... ...]
If Trump were trying to drum up another Ukraine-like scandal against Biden, this would be how it gets started. But just like with Biden’s work in Ukraine, when it comes to unmasking Flynn, there’s very little evidence that Biden did anything untoward, much less illegal.

The WP is forgetting there was no evidence to start an investigation. That is now documented fact. Period.

Trump supporters showed up strong in the latest unscientific poll at SharylAttkisson.com.

Eighty-nine percent (89%) of respondents say they plan to vote for President Trump.

Only 1% said they plan to vote for Joe Biden.

A significant minority, 8%, said they plan to vote for neither Biden nor Trump.

Might not mean much, but it is nice to see. Mr. Green

I don't think you can fine someone for littering if it's in international waters, though maybe Greenpeace can shame them or something.

Poll finds Trump ahead of Biden in 15 battleground states

Does not surprise me. I do not think anyone wants a Democrat to fix the economy when they have Trump. He built this economy once and he has the best chance of restoring it. His stance on immigration is still a vote getter too.
Quote:
The 15 states are Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Trump lead Biden in the poll across those states 52 percent to 45 percent.

@blatham,
U.S. considers returning Cuba to list of state sponsors of terrorism
Quote:
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States is considering returning Cuba to its list of state sponsors of terrorism, a senior Trump administration official told Reuters on Thursday, a move that would mark another major blow to increasingly tense relations between Washington and Havana.

There is a “convincing case” that Cuba should be placed back on the U.S. blacklist, in part because of its continued backing for socialist Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and the refuge it gives to leaders of Colombia’s ELN rebel group, the official said.
[...]
In what was possibly a preliminary step, the Trump administration said on Wednesday it had put the Communist-ruled island back on a separate list of countries that do not cooperate fully with its efforts to counter terrorism. Havana has long denied any link to terrorism.
[...]
Trump’s toughened stance on Cuba as well as Venezuela has gone down well in the large Cuban-American community in south Florida, an important voting bloc in a key political swing state as he seeks re-election in November.

Designation by Washington as a state sponsor of terrorism, which carries the potential for sanctions and trade restrictions, would put Cuba in the company of Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan.
