He is referring to Democrats, not the virus. He is saying, and correctly, that Democrats have injected politics into a crisis he had 0 to do with, and in reality has nothing to do with politics.

@revelette3,
Why are all those so desperately trying to stop people from remembering
and reminding others that Trump called warnings about the threat of the coronavirus a "hoax"?

Saying that people should not believe their own eyes and ears, well, that's a a not so good strategy .... elsewhere
But done by Trump and followed by his supporters, it seems to work in the USA. For some, at least.

Those people understand what taken out of context means. You probably do too. It is just convenient for you to forget.

Condescending sarcasm about Trump supporters seems to work in the USA, for some, at least.

Trump Suggests He May Withhold Bailout Funds From States With Sanctuary Cities

I hope he makes it more than a suggestion.
Quote:
“The problem with the states is we’re not looking to recover 25 years of bad management and give them the money they lost. That’s unfair to other states,” Trump said.

“If it is COVID-related, we can talk about it, but we want certain things also, including sanctuary city adjustments,” he continued. “We have so many people in sanctuary cities, which I don’t even think they are popular even by radical left because people are being protected that shouldn’t be protected and a lot of bad things are happening with sanctuary cities.”

@coldjoint,
Democrats are "their", hoax is the virus. Trump didn't cause the virus, but he downplayed it as can be heard on the youtube of Trump's rally which led to others downplaying. He was slow to respond. Those are simply facts. Which is exactly what Fox is now accusing other countries of doing. Which is ironic which was the point.

So was the Mueller report and Trump bribing a foreign country in furtherance of his re-election bid. Pointing to Trump's actions and failures is not playing politics but simply being part of a free democratic state in which we are free to hold our Presidents accountable for their actions or inactions.

I don't think that would be legal.

The Mueller report has just imploded. What they did to Flynn has come out and it severely hurts any credibility the report had about anything.

The bribery charge was never bought against Trump.

That is just MSM spin, it did no such thing. But you can explain how it did, right?

Trump and relevant contemporary events related to Orwell's 1984 in Germany, well, there's really a lot.

I really consider to start a new thread about that, but will wait until Richard Grenell leaves the position as Acting Director of National Intelligence and returns back full time as Ambassador to Germany.

But thanks for reminding!

Did they forget what Obama did to the IRS targeting conservative groups applying for 501 c plans for exemption of taxes for non profit groups?

@revelette3,
Do what I did: wrote:"I support the Post Office" in a Sharpie, put it into another envelope, put too much postage on it and sent it back. Keeping the check, of course. If my taxes are going to pay for that check, I'm keeping it. I am going to support the American farmers who raise so much taxes in the states they're in and spend every single penny of it on pot.

I've noticed quite often that you stop reading a text after the first couple of words.
You only quoted the first part of the sentence in my above response - there's also the subordinate clause, starting with the conjunction 'but'.

'But' is used in English to introduce a phrase or clause contrasting with what has already been mentioned.
