Don't forget that the Republicans are going to hold the White House for the next 18 years if not even longer.

That probably keeps him up every night. Which is a good thing. He should suffer trying to aid people who would take our rights. IMO Cool

Wrong.

Thomas Jefferson

Abraham Lincoln

FDR

I realize that the left finds facts highly inconvenient.

But facts remain true no matter how much the left dislikes them.

@oralloy,
Those are random events, not cycles, and are far outweighed by the other 30 or so presidents who were not part of any alleged 20-year cycle. There has been no 20 year cycle in the last 70 years and there was none in the 56 years before FDR. It's not cyclic, it's not repetitive, there's no set interval so it's not even periodic,l. It is in other words a total fabrication by someone looking for an imaginary pattern that doesn't exist.

Perhaps. Assuming that's true, so what?

How are they outweighed?

MontereyJack wrote:

There's one now.

No. A prediction is not a fabrication. A prediction is a prediction.

Just out of curiosity, do you think it is possible to predict who will win figure skating medals at the Olympics (and which color their medals will be) with any degree of accuracy?

@oralloy,
So American history show no rvidence of a 20 year cycle. You mgith try loking up the definition of a cycle and you wil se I'm right. Which makes your attempted use of it as a predictive model useless because it doesn't exist. And the straws in the wind we can see, like Trump's loss of the vote in 16 and 18 and his continual underwater position in approval unlikely.pretty unlikely to be the start of a new random 20 year event. Yiu're erecting straw houses to give yourself false confidence in an unlikely outcome.

PRAGER: Explaining The Left, Part VI: Do Leftists Believe What They Say?

Quote:
One more example: "Walls don't work."

It is inconceivable that people who say this — especially those with walls around their home — believe it. Yet leftists say it with the same degree of ease Stalin labeled Trotsky a fascist, even though Trotsky and Lenin were the fathers of the Bolshevik Revolution.

The question is not whether truth is a left-wing value. The only question is whether leftists believe their lies. And, believe it or not, I still don't know. So, conduct the following tests and decide for yourself:

Ask anyone you know who says global warming will destroy most life on Earth in 12 years why they don't advocate nuclear power. If they tell you it's too dangerous, you know they are hysterics, not followers of science.

Check back with me after election day 2032 and let's see if the Republicans have just won the White House for the fifth time in a row.

You might need an interest to make a reasonably accurate prediction. But you don't need an interest to say whether or not you think a reasonably accurate prediction is possible.

@oralloy,
of course. first off your alleged 20 year cyles in American politics which don't exist. There's nothing cyclic there. Look up what a cycle means.
and of course your specious logic, actualy nonexistent logic and your false and racist slams on BLM. Your claim is only your opinion and uincorect imaginary inference from your faulty interpretation of motive.And, no, you're wrong if you dispute either one, no mater how you're going to piss and moan.
