For DACA kids, not illegals. You are not telling the whole truth, like usual. The majority want much less immigration, including less legal immigration.

Actually the Constitution is pretty much SILENT about the limits to the executive.

Which means that there are no limits.

It took several USSC cases that have established that , save those agencies and posts with quasi, legislative or judicial responsibilities (In which he SHARES responsibilities), the president must still seek "ADVICE and CONSENT" of the SENATE.

Only when it comes to the appointment of certain officers. There is no such requirement when it comes to giving orders to them or firing them.

Then theres Humphrey's Executors v the US to piss off Frank Roosevelt

Doesn't apply to executive officers.

All I do (and all I did just now) is post facts that you find highly inconvenient.

There is in fact a very ugly streak of anti-Semitism in the left these days.

Keith Ellison comes to mind, and other Democrats who will not disavow Farrakhan. Face it, the hate in the Democratic party is being projected on conservatives or "freedom lovers" by so called journalists and pundits and a lot of people are stupid enough to believe it. None of it is fact based.

As the black clouds gather (Black, oh so very, very black) Erickson has a chat with a GOP politico
Quote:
One of the President's congressional defenders has privately decided he hates Trump and wants to unload.

"If we're going to lose because of him, we might as well impeach the motherf**ker," said the congressman as we roamed the aisles of a Safeway grocery store together. I haven't been in a Safeway since my family moved home from Dubai in 1990. The congressman did not want to be seen with me on Capitol Hill. He needed to get some stuff anyway and decided he'd let me walk with him through the cereal and dairy selections at the Safeway near my hotel. He is not happy with President Trump. He was never a die hard Trump supporter. He supported him in the general and never expected him to win. But he did. So the congressman, whose district Trump won, has been a regular supporter on Fox News and elsewhere defending the President. He is happy to be quoted, so long as I don't name him. He says he just needs to vent. I suggest what we're doing is one of the reason's Trump won -- a congressman says nice things in public and bad things in private.

Does not sound like a person that can be trusted. We do not need politicians like that in any party. If he cannot be honest about his political motives he is as useless as Shelia Jackson(the dumbest member of the House). So the black cloud is over this guy. I wouldn't want my name out there if I were a two faced liar.

But I will not wish him dead, just out of politics.

We have stopped advertising on the Laura Ingraham show and have no plans to resume in the near future. We are also monitoring all ad placements carefully.

If this generation wastes all their energy attacking us, the only result will be that they have no energy to achieve anything.

It's their energy. They can waste their energy and achieve nothing if they want to.

Personally if I was going to expend energy I'd want to expend it on an achievable goal. But whatever. We stand ready to defeat them when they come.

As things get worse for Republicans, it won't only be Fox that will be interesting to watch. National Review and Weekly Standard have shifted from "Never Trump!" to "He's a great leader" and they're going to have to shift back again.
