@Krumple,
I can't believe Lester was so terrible. The guy needs to learn how to throw a ball to 1st base.

@George,
The Cubs are expected to win the SERIES. Not with Lester being a dumb-wit!

It's water under the bridge, and there's a lot of baseball left to play.

They've got to shake it off and be ready to play Game 2.

@Miller,
Lester's comments to the umpire were recorded, but were then prevented from going on air.

Lester knew he was crappy, so why take it out on the UMP? Sore loser?
Total air-brain. I never liked him, anyway.

@Miller,
Last night was a drag to put it mildly. Hopefully, tonight in Chicago, both teams will have more spirit and zest.

Looks to me like the two teams are pretty much evenly matched.

@George,
Quote:
Four teams have come back from a 3-1 deficit to win it all and do the impossible.

Those four teams are the 1985 Kansas City Royals, the 1968 Detroit Tigers, the
1958 New York Yankees and the 1925 Pittsburgh Pirates. Of those four teams,
the Tigers and the Yankees were able to do the unthinkable and win the final
two games on the road.

It's early in game 6, and the Cubs posted Arrieta a 3 run lead. Looks like we're going the distance in this series.

What a Series!

Cleveland is going with Kluber who stymied Chicago's hitters in games 1 and 4 with his breaking ball.

We'll see if Chicago's hitters can figure it out tonight.

Go Cubs!
