NSFW means Not Safe For Work. Some firms don't want various stuff on their corporate computers, and a person can lose his or her job if they are using such a site on work computers. Seeing NSFW on an A2k post is just that, a warning that getting into trouble at work because of clicking on it is possible.

If you need to find out what acronyms mean, consider looking it up on Google, as I just checked, or on Urban Dictionary, or similar sites.
