I definitly think being loud is better for the partner because they know that you are enjoying it. I'm personally a silent person . . . and my husband hates it, but I've kinda been trained to be silent since when I was a kid in highschool in the bedroom with the parents still home. I guess I never grew out of the being as quiet a corpse phase.
