Child support terminated, but child is in college and still lives at home

My child is 19 years old. My ex just filed to have support terminated. My child still lives at home, does not work and is in college. Can I still get support?

You need to check with family court. I think if the child is in college, support continues for a while.

I think most states consider the child as not emancipated if still in school and financially supported. Is that correct?
