How do i make it not weird? I'm not like other guys. I'm not just trying to ****. i actually just want to extend my friendships to ppl. And maybe have a relationship later on but not right now. I just don't know how to get that point to girls on tinder.

Then don't use tinder. Everyone knows what it is used for and "friends" never comes to anyone's mind.
