As spoken, your urgent assistance in repairing the roof of refuse disposal site located at the car park of our Empire playground is sought.

The long-serving roof of the refuse disposal site, mainly made of cooper and aluminum, has been recently been found been predominately rusty and broken, causing the frequent leakage of water during the rainy days and bringing about a series of hygiene problems such as the rapid breeding of mosquito lately identified by the Environmental Department, which sees the latest survey index reach above the borderline.

With a view to remedying the above undesirable situation and addressing the inquiry from the Environmental Department, we would like to ask for your urgent assistance to conduct a study on the feasibility of rectifying or replacing the decrepit roof.
