Why can no one help me?
Is the sentence correct? Thanks.
@tanguatlay,
yes.
you could also ask --
Why can't anyone help me?
@Region Philbis,
Thanks, Region.
Why no one can help me? Is this sentence OK?
@tanguatlay,
That reads more like a sentence fragment than a sentence.

It's an adverbial phrase, not a sentence.
"Why can no one help me?" is a complete sentence. It is a group of words that makes complete sense, contains a main verb, and begins with a capital letter.
