Finding my biological father

Hey everyone. I am 16 yrs old and a Filipina. My mother became a domestic helper in Dubai and she got pregnant but she left even before she gave birth. She passed away almost 9 years ago (2007) Her name is Lea Canasa. I am her daughter and I hope to find my biological father because I never met him. His name wasn't included in my birth certificate but we found out lately his name Saud Ibrahim Mohammed. How can I possibly find him. i really need to find him because I need his financial assitance since my mom passed away.
