We think that was the incorrect decision because he should investigate more about it because he don't knows if the guy was really going to make the false report, and he just trust in what others says and that's unfair.

The employee made the right decision because he would lose his values if he falsify the report he would be a dishonest person. It's better to keep your values than have a job in a dishonest place.

In my opinion it was a bad idea to fire him because he did not do anything wrong, but did well not to falsify a report, which should be fired is the superior of the employee for cheating.

I think it was really unfair to ask an employee to do something wrong, because then he can get in worse trouble than just getting fired.
He made the right decision to be honest and not doing something illegal, because then he will live with stress and with a bad conscience.
He could have been smarter and recording his boss so he could report him with the agency chief or the police.

I think that his boss did not has the autority to fire someone being that he is doing an honest work, the man shouls denunciate him and do something at respect for that offense, being an honest man is not a reason to be humillated of that way.

The employee did the right thing, because honesty is one of the most important values. If a person lies, anyone wouldn't rely on them, but if someone tells the truth everyone would rely on them. Because of the decision he made he will have a good consequence and the employer will have a bad consequence.

We think that he make the right decision, because he put honesty before anything else and that is fundamental in the values of every person. Finally, we are sure that he will feel happy with th same because he did the right thing and it is very probably that in the future he will get a better job, where he practice honesty, as it should be.

I think the guy did the right thing because what they asked him is illegal and could also get in bigger troubles than being fired if bad people noticed, so instead if being fired he should have quit.

I disagree! If it would have been US law getting fired over a boss asking for falsified Finacial report could lead to lawsuit over wrongful termination. I don't know if Japan has such a law.
