I remember Biden outright lying that he wouldn't be the Veep... Not saying it WILL change, but it certainly can.

I hope it does...or either hoping for Kasich. Cruz and Trump are a bridge too far.

With both Ryan and Biden, it's not a lie if you believe it when you say it.

I'll accept that. I like Biden. I remember being disappointed that he made what sounded like a vow, and then reversed, but I suppose (bitter laugh) I should be quite used to that.

Actually, I was glad Biden backtracked - and I hope Ryan does too.

So, point made. Ryan isn't held to that answer.

I'm not sure what happened in Colorado - going to do a little reading about it related to my concern that entities are power-grabbing in this election like I've never witnessed before.

Even though I GREATLY prefer a Paul Ryan... there's really no way to accomplish his ascendancy without a total public rape of democracy. They may be able to finesse Kasich in somehow at a no holds barred convention.
