I have no doubt that we kids we very much cared for. During the summers we
were up to several genertions sometimes living together. We all have great memories. We had freedom to room around but had to behave. Even thou
the ocean was just a few steps away we never had dinner in bathingsuits.Covered up with a blouse or shirt. The grown ups were there for us any time we needed them, but they never tried to be our friends.
There were no stores close by so we could not just go into the kitchen and do as we wanted. Imagen if we ate the cookies which should have been for
someone coming over for coffee in the afternoon.
