You could stroke her hair and make her think you want her, sexually.
you could throw stuff at her, and protest innocence.
You could bring a pet tarantula into work.
You could scream and wink whenever she coughs.

Maybe express concern and try to get her to get medical attention? If you are uncomfortable, imagine how bad her life must be. The likely causes (for non-smokers) are acid reflux/heartburn and allergies causing throat irritation.

Buy a bag of cough drops, and give it to her while expressing concern for her health.
