TR, "Toys" is just the abbreviation for great wealth. "Like a plaything is size, use, etc..."
You need to ask Bill Gates about that. He prolly has his share. LOL
Money won't buy happiness, but it will rent a buncha comfort and entertainment.

I know..........I was using it the same way you were.

I thank thee for thy gracious permission, Lord Forums. Thou, doubtless, shall one day finally rule over all the grey realm that thy anvils and hammers surround, or thy stirrups encompass.
And maybe some day you'll realize you are not real in anything you post on a2k.
Are you talking to yourself?
How can her opinions and personal beliefs not be 'real'?
"real - existing as or in fact...." If the definition doesn't fit, it's not worth a whit.
Well, maybe after C.I. gets his "guru" status, he'll make some frikkin sense.
Man is enamoured of wealth, spouse and children. These obstruct him at each step and act as handicaps to spiritual advancement. Of course, money is essential for the process of living and labouring for it cannot be avoided. But, beyond a limit, riches foul the mind and breed arrogance. They must be used for good purposes, fostering righteousness and well-being, and fulfilling one's duties along the Divine path. If riches are spent for realizing fleeting desires, they can never be enough and the ego discovers newer and more heinous ways of earning and spending.

Do you always talk like that, shiyacic? Forgive me, but you come off as a little self-righteous. Ever hear of spiritual pride?
I'm trying to imagine what shiyacic aleksandar looks like....
Live in the constant contemplation of your kinship with others and with the Universe. Do good to others, treat all nature kindly, speak soft and sweet words, become like a child devoid of envy, hate and greed; when your love crosses the boundaries of your family or community and expands to those beyond, you have taken the first step to cross the threshold of delusion.
Yeah, there's definitely some delusion going on...
I gotta agree with you there, oh shaman-like one.

Oh, let me have a try!
"Life's a garden-- dig it, make it work for ya."
Proving once and for all that there is better philosophy in Joe Dirt than in all of modern France.

Thank you Johnny Cochran.
shiyacic aleksandar, do you always talk like that?
