Dear English teachers,
could I ask whether my following sentence is acceptable?
I would like to check with you if the pharmacies in Malaysia have Tretinoin?

No problem. The elided part is 'check with you [to see] if...'

It's okay Jane. Other subs for "if":

whether
if you know whether
to learn if

Also probably you don't need the "the"
"carry" could be subbed for "have," tho the latter is perfectly okay

I wonder if you might know whether...
