Give it up, Bill. You're trying to argue that the punishment should fit the crime. But what "fits" depends on how barbaric your sense of "justice" is. Dizzy supports groups who think homosexuals should be thrown off of 10-story buildings and then stoned to death if they happen to survive. The same groups that chop of the hands of starving petty thieves who steal a loaf of bread and stone adulteresses to death in a public ritual where EVERYBODY gets to help mete out the "fitting" punishment.

The "fitting" punishment for 6 teenage boys who watch a soccer game on TV is cutting their heads off with rusty pocket knives. Disagreement also merits the same in his circles. Ya aint never gunna convince his ilk no different, cancha see?

Yes I know and we must keep our prisons full up with ten times or more prisoners per capita then any EU nation including Izzy nation.

In the "good old days" we could do this by locking up blacks for minor drug crimes but that is no longer as society acceptance as it once was.

So CP downloaders seems an ideal means to replace those blacks as all the cops need to is boot their own computers and monitor torrent networks and then decide how many of those downloaders they will go out and arrest this week.

An like lower class blacks a few decades ago few if any of us will challenge the logic of giving long long sentence for having CP as to do so mean the challengers must be themselves pedophiles.

Be that as it may, there is a legal difference between the two. I'm not arguing that there shouldn't be (That's bill's argument), just that there is a difference and it is significant.

As for the innuendo and outright accusation that bill is a pedophile that is being spewed by you and izzy, I would suggest that you knock it off unless you have some proof, which of course you do not. Neither of you know who he actually is and unless he has posted a confession, your allegations are not only without merit, they are foul. It is one thing to suggest or assert that someone is wrong, or stupid or an asshole, it is quite another to allege they are sexually perverted and a criminal. It doesn't even have a bearing on the argument at hand. There are plenty of people who don't believe sex offenders should receive additional punishment (appearing on public sex offender lists) after serving their sentences. Do you assume they are sex offenders?

Has bill ever started a thread titled "Why I like kiddy porn?" Or posted that is was acceptable and should not be illegal. There are people out there who might, and guess what? They are far more likely to share your political views than mine. It would be ridiculous to draw conclusions about you based on that.

Your side of this argument is by no means either specious or foolish. Why not stick to that and leave out the crap about liking rape pictures?

Getting back to the topic of terrorist attacks for a minute...

Things seem to have changed some over the years. After 9/11 they were dancing in the streets in every muslim country. The vast majority of muslims said that the decadent west got exactly what it deserved. The party line was to ratify, and even glorify, every terrorist attack on the west as an act of righteousness, approved of, and even mandated, by Allah.

Over the years some muslims came to advance a different front. Now there are some who will say: "Yeah, some of the things terrorists do are wrong. But I didn't do it. Don't blame me."

That probably works a little more better, but I don't think Dizzy ever got the memo.

Market as in an economic market?

There is little buying and selling of such sick material there is far more trading and of course there is torrent and other file trading/sharing software.

So if your argument is that such a market drive an economic reason to molest children it does not seem a valid argument for the most part.

Then you have the problem that any pictures with anyone under 18 years old even one day younger is consider kiddy porn.

I am a widower. If my last wife hadn't died while heavily insured, I would be broke. Of course I mourn her deeply, but am I not supposed to enjoy the money, just because I wouldn't have it if she hadn't died?

I don't think that's what she would want for me. I think she would want me to have a good time, throwin parties 24/7, and all, ya know? I've met some nice women that way, and I plan to marry one soon.

And it's not just my last ex-wife. I'm sure all the 25 others who somehow happened to die while heavily insured would feel the same, ya know?

Fine throw anyone who molest a child under the jail in a small hole and those found to have pictures of such sickness should be punish to the degree that most EU seem fitting with special regard to Izzy home nation and along with reasonable punishments there should be treatments and monitoring.

But let not replaced low level black drug dealers with people with CP so the prison industry can maintain ten times the numbers of people behind bars that any of the rest of the first world does in spit of falling crime rates.
