Yeah, greyhound rescue is probably the oldest form of dog rescue. In the most extreme examples, greyhounds have died or been put down after the race. Greyhound rescue became "stylist" about 30 years ago.

I just saw the little dog again. This time, there was a man walking the dog, and there was no shouting, no violence. The dog seemed happy enough. Maybe there's some hope for her.

The Girl saw the woman walking the dog last night--she said the dog seemed glum. The Girl also thinks she knows this woman and where she lives, so she intends to ask her immediate neighbors to keep an eye on her.

ohhhhh I'm gonna take care of her and any revenge she might consider - with the neighbours she's got, someone will grab that dog

I saw them yesterday - I don't think the dog weighs 6 pounds soaking wet. It was not happy walking with the woman. Not being assaulted while I was watching - and we'll be watching.

what could really rile her chickens is to stnd there and tqke some pix if she openly starts the abuse .

I have this magical feeling, that this little dog has two best friends (Dog Angels) if you will, looking over it at present to give it a much better life.

If she starts anything in front of me I'm nabbing the dog.

I'm pretty good pals with a couple of her immediate neighbours - helped one search for a lost cat the other week, walk dogs together etc. We'll get this sorted.

The animals who are abused, treated with cruelty, and experimented on from birth to death need a voice.

All I see in this thread is someone (you) needed someone to tell you that it's not okay to just witness and then go and cry about it on the internet.

It's not okay because witness a crime against a living creature and not reporting it means you are complicit in that crime.

Animal cruelty and violence against these sweet innocents is very widespread and part of the reason is people REFUSE to stand up for them.
