So, I keep wondering if you could make a boiler-makers type drink but use gin and IPA. What do y'all think? I think it might work with tequila and porter too.
Great mix there Littlek ...tequila and porter.
Last night I ordered a B-52 for old time sakes and to soothe a scratchy throat caused by singing La Bamba with lousy monitors. Anybody know how to make one?..it was delish.
Panz you need some in ears dude...best money I ever spent.....
We made B52s by floating grand marnier over baileys. It would indeed be good for a rough voice. I occassionaly had one after working the night shift as a bartender. The sugar helped get me through restocking.
Lol - I recall waitressing one Christmas day when it was 117 F in the kitchen - and the boss gave us unlimited Baileys on ice - got me through 15 hours non-stop on me feet!!!
Baileys was left to us by the good lord I believe, to cure what ails us.

A lovely sipper
My Italian housemate doesn't like wine so much, she doesn't like lhard iquor either. She absolutely adores Baileys. Funny that.
That drink sounds good, but a little too sweet for me, Panzade. Maybe I could mix all that with grappa. <falls down>
LOL you're right, it's sweet...it's my dessert sipper.
What is in Bailey's anyway, whiskey and cream? (duh, I dunno). I agree on the too sweetness, but then I am attracted to the cream part as soothing. Y'know me, I love that bourbon or rum and chocolate milk.
I have a Bailey's story that sadly can't be posted here.
I bet you have an anchovy story that can't be posted either.
come on, cav, get linguistically creative and tell us about it.
Not to mention that time your friend ate too much asparagus and it made you sick.
It's the water around these parts LittleK
I guess.... lithium? Hey, what's Cav's excuse then?
Anchovies do that to a person.
