So a few of my less informed friends are following this Facebook page called "economic illiterates for Bernie sanders." I am just wondering if the term "economic illiterates" is even grammatically sound?

@maxdancona,
Is this what actually happens on this site? Is it a place for which to receive answers, or is it just a platform for angst filled man children to troll on?

@aldig87,
If you don't like it here, you can always leave. You just come to this free site, with its existing community, and demand that people answer your questions your way?

Sorry, that isn't how life works. Nobody here owes you anything.

"Economic semi-literates for <your least favorite pol here>" is also grammatically correct. If it isn't, it should be. A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.

Or worse, a place where illiterates come, get answers, then troll those that respond to the plaintive cries of the ignorant?

A Google search found it used here: http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/bernie-sanders-economic-illiterate_1046082.html

I would prefer "economically illiterate," but then that would be an adjective phrase instead of a noun phrase.
