Sorry to tell you this, but there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. My ex-wife got a Gastric Sleeve done while we were separated because she was still on my insurance. I had it put into the divorce agreement that I wasn't paying for the medical bills associated with the procedure and considered it a parting gift. Now I only hope she uses it to get herself a new husband so I don't have to pay the ridiculous amount of alimony I have to pay for 9 years.

That is just the alimony, which is about 40% of my income, it doesn't include child support. The 2 combined totals about $2000 a month. If $1300 a month in alimony doesn't sound like a lot, then you must be some big money baller! I take home $600 more a month then I give her.
