I am Joseph Campbell 41 years old from Miami, Florida. and have been diagnosed to have 2 low grade Astrocytoma in the left temporal frontoperietal area in left insular region with extension to the opercula. When i undergo MRI every single 6 months which usually shows zero improvements in the past 4 years, along with indicate strength regarding lesion will be low on T1W & low on T2W. I really do are afflicted by Partially Seizures, some times it is difficult to leave. In spite of having treatments I really do get my epileptic seizures nearly all evening along with I am seriously.

There is not a lot of data regarding Gamma Knife for low grade astrocytomas, since nobody has a large experience treating patients like you. Nevertheless, there is definitely evidence that radiation therapy can improve time to progression for low grade astrocytomas, and Gamma Knife is a particularly effective method for small, benign tumors. the cost of gamma knife surgery is different from different resion. in USA it is very cost treatment, India is one of the better place for low cot gamma knife surgery.
