I voted just to see how the vote went, but the category I wanted wasn't offered; i.e. No, if it is inadvertent.

My husband and I talked about this at length and agreed we would not be unduly upset if the other was in a situation, business meeting or whatever, that wound up at a male or female strip bar for drinks or dinner or whatever. We also agreed we would probably avoid allowing ourselves to be put in that situation a second time.

We also each agree that we appreciate beauty in the human form and do notice a good looking guy or gal in the movies or walking along the street and there is nothing wrong with that.

Otherwise we agree with Montana and Julie. While we do not presume to judge those who think differently, for us a committed relationship is physical, mental, and spiritual. We chose each other to the exclusion of any others. To intentionally go to a strip club or dabble in pornography, etc. etc. is evidence that we are not sufficient for each other or that we need/want more than what we can provide for each other.
And that's what, for us, would make it cheating.

Juliett I think what you say makes sense, however, I also think some men go to strip joints for a similar reason as number 1 is for women. How many times do men go to strip joints for bachelor parties and that is the only time they go? Also, I believe many men go as part of "peer" pressure or to be like the other guys. Although the ones that go to strip clubs more frequently are probably like the way you describe.
