And the Holy Spirit only quotes verses, He explains verses with other verses. There are spirits in us trying to deceive us and they all speak the same language carnal. So we can discern the Holy Spirit He quotes verses. Now this is the meat understanding of the Word. The milk understanding is done with the carnal language, the meat understanding is done with only verses. Its an unknown tongue to the carnal mind.

Squeaky, I am not trying to be harsh here... But you just proved to me you are not actually hearing the Holy Spirit. I have seen you, in the very short time I have been here, do almost every single one of those things Jesus rebuked them for. If you were truly hearing the Holy Spirit you would have repented and chosen to change your ways. God loves you dude. He truly does. But you will gain no more ground in your life until you can look in the mirror and recognize the hypocrisy you carry in your own heart. As a matter a fact, you can expect to start being pushed backwards in some ways. As fellow believer, I am asking you to take a step back for a minute and reevaluate some things. I do believe God may have shown you some things, but it is what you have done with those things that is the problem. You are hurting others and yourself and you don't even realize it.

Actually, this is one of your problems: the failure to understand the value of the Hebrew texts. The words "Old Testament" may be a convenient label, but they are a misnomer. The only "Testament" which became obsolete is the Law Covenant. The Abarahamic Covenant, The Davidic Covenant, The Edenic Promise, all are valid today. When you choose to ignore them, how can you presume to have the direction of holy spirit?
