how to talk to a guy if you're shy?

i go to a deli shop everytime i go there the same guy will wait on me somehow. like he'll get my order ring me up or if a coworker of his had taken it he will jump in and ring me up. he doesn't do this for anyone else just me. i went in got drinks went back to my car and saw i had a text saying my brother wanted one. so i had to go back in and get another one and the guy smiled at me when he saw me again. i went in with my older sister and he kept looking over at me but that could of been because i had pj pants on. i walked in the store and he was working of course was waiting on a customer and he was making change he saw me walk in and he looked down for a second then his head shot up when he saw me. my dad wanted a hoagie so i called it in he answered said "i'll see you soon" i went there and he bagged my hoagie for me. he then said "take care hun." yesterday i went in with my older brother and he was staring at me waiting for me to answer him but he already knew what i wanted my brother answered first. i paid and he never looked at me even to hand me my money. today i went in by myself and he saw me he turned went to the back came back out and just stood there. his coworker took my order and rung me up he didn't jump in this time. i think he's really cute and i used to get really shy when he first started to work there. also do you think he likes me?
