Her new attitude towards me

This happened in October last year

There was this girl who once liked me a few years ago. More to the point on my work break i was walking around town and I spotted a girl walking up the other street who I had not spoken too her since January 2014. On purpose I headed towards her. From the other side of the street while I was walking I smiled at her trying to get her attention she just kept looking ahead and it seemed like i was invisible to her but she did then glance at me briefly and said "alright" and then just walked a head and got on with her buissness. After that I felt a bit sad and got a sandwich from my local cafe. When i left the food store i saw her sitting at the bus stop across the street not making any eye contact with me and she was just minding her own buissness.

I told my friend about this experience the other night and he said "if you want to be very honest judging by her reaction that would indicate she is not interested and thinks your a weirdo"

Do you think my friends opinion is accurate or not?

Because:
- she obviously didn't want to talk to you
- yet most people, even if they don't like a person, aren't rude when that person goes out of their way to say hello to them
- that leaves them being wierded out

At the end of the day, it's just a guess based on how most women react.

Why is it a big deal? She doesn't like you, for whatever reason. We can't please everyone all of the time. Not everyone will like us, no matter how hard we try.

Hopefully you like you for who you are, rather than what everyone else thinks. If not, work on it Smile

And move on.

And she changed her mind. People do that sometimes. If she liked you, she would have stopped and talked to you. She didn't.

Again, it's no big deal. It happens some times. It's been years. People grow. People change.

It's unhealthy to fixate over a girl you haven't seen in years. Move on.

Not everything people say when they are drunk is true. Often people play silly games when they are drunk, including saying things that are not true. While we are on the subject, why do you keep putting quote marks around the word drunk?
