I got offered a job at a nursing home however the place gives me bad vibes. And after doing some research the place has bad reviews. Should I take the job or stay at my current job? Im only leaving my current job because they dont offer health insurance

Then don't you get insurance through the ACA if you're in the United States? In Europe, don't you get universal health care?

Insurance shouldn't be the reason to leave a job, not anymore.

How about a third alternative? Why not find a different job that has health insurance, gives you good vibes and doesn't have bad reputation.

Why take a job that already is worse than what you have? Life is too short..and you're not working for a hobby or to fill up your time, right?
