I like this girl for some time, lets say 1 year. Before 4 months I presented her my Network Marketing job and I am her sponsor. I presented her the job so I will have her with me and I will have a chance to get a relationship with her. A few days ago I told her that I like you, and I have liked you since the beginning, but her response was : I have seen you as a FRIEND, and it's impossible to change that view. I still talk with her because as I mentioned earlier I am working with her.
What should I do now, because I want this girl to be mine !!! Thanks

I wanted to be close to her, to give her a chance to know me better. I present to all my friends this JOB, so I thought to be her friend through facebook, drink a coffee with her and then present the job. She accepted it and Now I am her mentor...

You need to change your name, you are not an Alpha. This is a chump tactic. You can't expect a romantic relationship using a job to bait a woman in. So what are you going to do if she refuses any romantic relationship? Fire her? Refuse to mentor her? It is more like blackmale. Here is a job but you have to be my girlfriend too.
She probably needs the job but if I were her, I would bow out. Because this can't really go very well at this point. You will constantly pine for her and if you don't get your way are you going to make things miserable for her at work?

No I will not make anything miserable to her. I thought to try even one more time, that's why I have asked here to get any advice, but if she says No and No, I will stay friends with her and I will help her till she becomes a Leader and she can manage by herself her team. This job was to have her closer to have better chances, but I will not destroy her here. I wil help her

my guess is that you are not in a first world country but it is possible that your business does work with first world businesses and this is simply not acceptable. you don't want to risk your job as well as hers.

It's not happening. If you try to push her into a relationship because of your superior position, you may have a problem and your company may experience legal problems.
