Lack of evidence is not evidence. Failure to turn over evidence that shows Obama was involved is not evidence that Obama was involved. A third grader would be able to understand that but not you, Pinkie.

No, I would call it a President's prerogative. Bush used executive privilege 6 times in office. But I doubt you thought that was proof Bush was guilty.

Under your logic, it would make every President that used executive Privilege guilty of some crime. That would be Reagan, both Bush's, Eisenhower, George Washington and just about every President the US has ever had. Your logic is that executive privilege is proof of guilt. So your argument is that you hate the US and it's system of government.
