For this generic child who you obviously know nothing about, and haven't even got the sense to ask her parents, how about a lovely can of spam?
There are so many gifts can be given to a 2 year old lovely girl. A teddy, or hand knitted scarf or some toy. Also, you can gift her single gift or collect all the gifts and wrap it in one which will look large.
