The sentence:
Have the courage to take the responsibility if you count yourself one of them - the people who are lazy bones.
Yes, it's OK. "Consider" could also be used.
The entire sentence does not make sense, however.

Why not? Hardwork is a virtue in many ways.

"Have the courage to take responsibility if you consider yourself a person who is a lazy bones. "

You've made a good sentence.
But the general context is that I wanted to criticize the people who are lazy bones. I ridiculed them as the men walking without soul.

If that was what you wanted to do, you never stated it. Also, both of the sentences do that (are critical).
