I am a 26 year old female. Had a csection may 2014. Since then I have had watery dischargr from my vagina. Sample was tested, results were high in creatine which suggests urine in my vagina. Have had an IVP, MRI, CT, cystogram and numerous other tests. Only cystogram has given results of a VVF (vesicovaginal fistula). Been through two doctors and 3 months of tests. Cannot be properly diagnosed as some tests say there is no VVF and a few tests prove there is a VVF. Most recent urogynecologist suggested it was an overactive cervical gland but his theory was proved incorrect when the sample came back high in creatine.
My question is : during my cystograms (I've had two with the same results), I was laying on what they call a Barbie pool. Could this object (and the way I was laying on this object) have opened up my pelvic organs (more specifically my bladder) to allow passage of urine from my bladder to my vagina? Does laying on an object a certain way 'open' your pelvic area / organs?
So far, this is the only theory I can think of that is the reason why every other imaging test I've taken has come back normal. I'm not an expert in anatomy and am finding it difficult to find any information regarding something similar (I have found many articles and such relating to VVF but I can't find anything on body positioning and bladder issues).
Thanks.

What does your doctor say when you ask this question?
@Whoagirlx1,
I assume you've been to a gynecologist, someone who specializes in the female anatomy.
