Don't worry about his energy, Misti. The trip to Florida will be enough for him to recharge :-)

BTW, the birthday is in March - and then 240 hours till take off!

yup, she told me off, I'm still having birthdays... stopped counting when I turned 29, and started using letters, meaning I'm turning 29G the next time. Who needs birthdays anyway?

Hi all,

Just popping by to say that I'm really looking forward to April Very Happy !

It's just at that perfect time, right before busy time at work, and my parents 50th wedding anniversary (planning the party now Twisted Evil ).

Can't wait!

Bigdice,..birthdays are fun! I usually make a week out of it, milk it for all the gifts and free drinks I can!! Laughing

Jerry, good idea! I'm taking three days off this year. My birthday which is a Wednesday (Ash Wednesday in Germany this year - you can get special food like snails), Thursday and Friday. Yeah!

In our town they usually have a blood drive on Ash Wednesday so I'll go and donate some blood and free food! Well, not very festive I guess.

And of course three free days will be nice to get prepared for Florida!!! :-)

BigD--My birthday is March 24. Let's have a belated celebration in Florida.

I haven't checked in for a few days and I can see the excitement is building. Me Too!!!

EhBeth--the shorts are lovely, just lovely. I think there is a certain person who will do them justice. Most definitely!!

Actually dreamt of an a2k-gathering last night, was kinda eery, coz the only person that I recognized was Kitchenpete... and it wasn't in Florida! What the hell's that supposed to mean????
