I've been researching symptoms for my mental health class and I've realised I think I may have some of the symptoms
I often break off mid sentence into like my own little world
I have literally no motivation
I often have trouble figuring out if something really happened or f ts just in my head
Often I'll think I heard my name or whispering even when I'm all alone
I'm depressed all the time
I'm paranoid
I suffer from extreme anxiety
Please help I'm scared to tell my parents how I feel.

@KenM,
Tell them you need to see your doctor for a checkup. Period. If you feel compelled to not tell them why, but you need an excuse, claim headaches.

You need a doctor. We are not qualified to help you, and neither is anyone else on the Internet. You need to go to a doctor and see one in person.

@jespah,
I agree with Jespah. A doctor will help you. Get an appointment with a real doctor.

Many insurance plans, including ones that come from a school, include a confidential visit with a psychiatrist... you should take advantage of this.

@KenM,
Hi ken

If you're really worried about your health then the best thing to do is consult a doctor and have yourself checked. Don't over think too much, sometimes symptoms can be complicated and what shows means a different illness than what it seems. Checkup and diagnosis is your best move. Talk with your friends and family about this. you'll need all the support you can get.
