Hello,
Me and my girlfriend bought some festival tickets on Kapaza.be
Now after a few weeks, we still haven't received our tickets, but the woman who sold them to us kept in touch. We received a lot of e-mails with excuses why she couldn't deliver but we're done with it and I would like to find some more details about her.
I tried to find her location in our country (Belgium), but the IP-adress was appointed to a place in Ireland. The IP adress is: 157.55.0.209
Now, I'm not so good with IT, and it was the first time I did something like this.
So my question is: Did I do something wrong? Or are we really been scammed.
Thanks for the answer.
@JonKrakauer,
I don't think the IP is going to matter one whit.
You need to get your money back.
Contact your credit card company or Paypal (depending on how you paid) and put in a stop pay order (which may cost you). Tell them you never received the goods you paid for. Forward any relevant email correspondence and let them deal with it. It is what they are good at.
@JonKrakauer,
They're probably using a proxy server. I got Redmund, Washington (state), USA:
