@revelette2,
Maybe because MLK was a Democrat Socialist, and was working on the same policies when he died that Bernie is working on now.

Personally I hope he gets mad and takes all his marbles and goes home. I am sick to death of Bernie Sanders.

@reasoning logic,
You realize in order for Sanders, who I admit I am sick to death of, will have to pull off a miracle win in California and the rest of the remaining states to pull ahead of Clinton's regular delegates and votes, do you not? The race ain't over because any other normal person would have already pulled out by now, but he ain't going to win. Get used to it.

"The race is not over" only if you believe Bernie can get 70% of the few remaining states delegates.

If you don't believe that (and I don't think anyone really does) then the race for the Democratic nomination is OVER.

It's weird - I don't even think Bernie people don't know it. It's just that they can't quite admit it.

Clinton Will Likely Clinch The Democratic Nomination In New Jersey

Quote:
We’ve known for some time that Hillary Clinton will almost certainly be the Democratic nominee. But when will she clinch the nomination? If you look at the few remaining contests on the Democratic primary calendar, the major news outlets — barring something devastating happening to the Clinton campaign in the next few weeks — are likely to declare Clinton the nominee on June 7. More specifically, New Jersey will likely push Clinton across the finish line, and she may clinch the nomination even before the polls close in California.

@revelette2,
Yeah, to most of the country she will have clinched the nomination, and mathematically she will have clinched the nomination, and by the rules of the convention she will have clinched the nomination, but to Bernie and the Bernie folks....?

I can admit that Hillary and many of her supporters are very strong in their belief of Hillary. I think you are probably correct that most of the super delegates will not switch over to the stronger candidate but I will have to wait and see.

If they do not switch I do think that there may be a good chance of Donald becoming president and it will be seen as Hillary's and the super delegate's legacy.

@cicerone imposter,

You're buying in to the "Hillary's going to jail" bit now, eh? Man, if someone wasn't watching closely, they'd think you were wishy-washy and just go with whatever's said the loudest and most often.

I'm not buying anything; just presenting what's out there. They may or may not be issues, but it's out there.
That's another reason why Bernie's sticking around.

This is funny This news reporter says that a major Clinton strategist says the race is over and the only people who think otherwise are a small group of Bernie diehards, the reporter goes on to talk about how Clinton will need to make Bernie VP to win over his supporters, then he mentions how 20,000 people are expected to show up at the convention. Bernie's small group of diehards LOL
