Nope. Cute, big eyed little things walking around on all fours, sniffing around with their fur on end because of the weather. I want to pat them but they are wild animals, as cute as they look so its safer for me not to do so.

Are you english?

No.

Will you tell us the story about what happened when you got gender mixed up in Bangkok? Sounds like it could have been pretty interesting.

It is an urban myth that Mathos is pretending happened to him. Just like the one where the couple take their dog into a Chinese restaurant and it's taken away and cooked for them.

How has your day been?

Hi Clary - at last we're on here at the same time. My day was wonderful. I have friend here from NC (North Carolina) and we went to Glastonbury Tor. Saw lots of "pilgrims" and other assorted folks here for the festival. That was fun. Went to a quiz tonight at one of the local pubs - performed abysmally since none of us knew any of the British tv and movie references. It's amazing to me to hear and see what was going on over here, that we were just so unaware of over there. It's like we're all living in parallel universes or something.

Anyway - great day - and of course the weather was perfect and golden - it totally cooperated. How about you?

Glad you enjoyed it and are not bogged down in the festival! I had a lovely day to, went over to North Devon to see an old friend who's given up his job to do an art degree in his 50s, he's doing meditational abstracts which are very restful and living in a cottage beside a river. We walked a bit on the moor and saw interesting houses and lots of sheep.

Shall we meet up next week sometime?

allegorical of what? Yeah - no traffic at all - but we did see all the tents in the distance.

Next week will be hard for me as my friends will be here through the seventh. I really do think it will have to be in August. Even if a certain party pooper can't make it - I think we should make a date and do it ourselves, don't you?

I should be very reluctant to meet that particular pooper, since he is obviously extremely displeased at the thought of meeting us. August may be good.

Elementary school (primary school through year 6 to you) and college (university to you). Loved the beginning and the end of my education - got a little bored and tired of it all in the middle.

Do you find it exciting to learn new things?

Yes though not in a formal context; I like finding out things from unexpected sources, like other people!

I majored in English and had a minor in Behavioral Studies (a combination of psychology and sociology). Found it all extremely interesting and stimulating - if I had had any excuse to stay longer - I would have - didn't want to graduate and leave - it was that good.

What did you major in?

My degree was in French, but I would study psychology and neurology if I had my time over again.

She is a teacher. She is also extremely crafty and creative. She sews professionally - quilts, etc. I am so envious of that skill, since I can't do it. My mother and sister are both excellent seamstresses and tried to teach me - but I never stuck with it. Of course, now I wish I had. But Linda is a brick (means really tough woman in Americanese) raised her son on her own - has her own business on the side. I have nothing but respect and love for her.

What is your best friend like?
