Very interesting. I'll read it later, for now it is too early and I am
utterly tired. Thank you for your wishes spendius, I do feel
much better this morning.

How are you?

Cal:-

Glad to hear it.Just one more push.

Here the end of the working day draws nigh and I am looking forward to returning to my residence, passing the duck pond which always makes me wonder what they have been doing all day, dining, and joining my lovely lady friends on the Trivia channels for some more entertainment.
It is Friday I gather which means my indispositions begin 30 minutes earlier but end at the same time as usual around 4 pm CJT.

Do you like ducks?

Yes actually I do. We once rescued one from a pond. She (I assumed it was a she) had an injury and was attacked by
the other ducks. So I took "Hermine" to the veterinarian,
got some Gentamycin and nursed her back to health in
the backyard until the neighbors were ready to sign a petition against us, as Hermine got extremely vocal around
4 a.m. We brought her back to the pond and the very next
day she was gone....

Lucky you, my day is only beginning now. I guess I need
more coffee <yawn>

How's the weather in your neck of the woods?

Had a massive shower at lunchtime which came through my roof again, while I was eating Italian with my business partner. However this time it didn't ruin the keyboard - plastic bags are so useful.

What was your first meal today?

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that Clary. You should have a huge
plastic sheet put on the roof until it can get fixed.

My first meal was a cereal with fruit and milk.

Is more rain predicted?

Just showers, and yes, I would, but the house next door may be the source of the rain - complicated when you live in an ancient town in adjoinng buildings.

Do you enjoy word games?

No it doesn't. One member shows a travel picture and
everyone else has to guess where it could be. Have a look!

I have to go! My daughter's school just called informing
me that they're let out at noon today. The perfect Mother
I am, I completely forgot Embarrassed

Does anything have deep meaning here?

A picture is worth 1 Million Words, not 1000.

CJ- LOL! Do not read it, please.

I think you're aware of Be Here Now--we discussed that before. Very similar. That could be considered a pop school of existentialism.

Be Here Now.

I hope you are completely better soon too. Drink lots of water. I must go too, bye for now all. What time is it Spendius? Back at you all later.

Is anyone going on some trips in the near/mid future?

Not sure, I'll have to play that Monty Python 'Meaning of Life' song again.

How do you get a ladybird to stay on the computer screen long enough for the screen saver with a ladybird on it to come up, so that I can photograph the two of them?

Clary:-

Yes.Liked it.

Have you not read my earlier post. You have to post it now not PM.I sweet talked Lola into allowing me a trial run at an adaptation just for one game.If it doesn't work I'm in disgrace but I got used to that before I got my first long pants.Actually,I think it is an exchange of posts across the ocean.

You will make the effort won't you just this once?

No. Because if everyone posts their own, it will be obvious which are bluffs. So there won't be a game. No point.

Should I try to catch the ladybird again (it flew away before) ?
