Do we have to be so serious?
Why can't we all just be light and have fun, silly, absurd fun?
Okay.
You want to start? What do you consider fun?
Anything that brings a hearty chuckle and makes you laugh.
What is the funniest experience you have had?
Well, my nearly 30 yr old daughter and I laugh our heads off whenever we reminisce about her tripping upstairs, sliding out of control on wood floors, etc. We both think it's hysterical.
Do you think that's funny?
No I don't.
They showed a video of Castro going full length down a couple of steps he hadn't noticed. That was funny.
When Boris Yeltsin pretended to stagger to check how alert his minders were was hilarious.
Did you see that?
No Mr Spendius, I didn't see either. Are you kidding me though?
Yea, I am a kid. So some times I take it for granted that others I am conversing with are kids too (over the Internet).
Who is your role model?
No longer have one, but AM one.
Does one need a role model?
Nah.
A model role is best isn't it?
No, I prefer an old romeo, myself.
What will you be doing this weekend?
Reading and brushing up my vocab. Perhaps, start thinking something about my blog.
Did you know how vast was Shakespeare's vocab store?
No I have no idea, is it important to know these things Spidergal?
It must be nice to be clever though, I never really liked school, the boys were fun though, are they fun at your college or university, please tell me which it is?.
Its not important. I just threw in that question as I had mentioned on the same post that I am gonna work on my vocab (or kinda start work on that). Btw, Shakespeare had an enormous store of 15000 words. Unfortunately, almost 10000 of them are now nearly obsolete.
Hmm, and the boys? Well, I was friends with all the good boys at school. I never dated anyone. Nerd that I was. But, I liked their company. Games, sports, humour and sometimes some of our group "naughty talks". And, most of them were very caring and protective. Helped me with studies. And unlike some girls, they were never envious of me, they appreciated me all the very more for all my flairs and smartness.
How many boys asked you out at school?
Oh Lots and lots, they made me laugh.
How old were you when you knew about what boys want to do all the time?
Eeek, that day was the weirdest day of my life. My friend quizzed me about that and I was such a heck of a nerd, I really didn't know that. And then she quitely whispered it into my ears... I was 13.
And when did you come to know about that?
I was about nine and my brother told me. I didn't believe him, it was so rude.
It isn't rude now though its really good fun isn't it?
Its biology for me. Never been there, never done that!
What do you look for in a man?
Him writing me a cheque or fixing something broken or not being repetitive in the pub.
Is that not what you look for?
Pretty much. Oh and sparkling wit and really nice eyes.
What do you look for in a pet?
That it permits me to stroke it and purrs for me and gazes at me pretending I'm the answer to all-- (Hey spendi Knock it off. Ed).
Do you like Campbell's concentrated tomato soup?
