The Book of Etiquette? Kinda seems like the two are ALMOST diametrically opposed! not that mechanic don't have manners, just in a general sense.
I actually went to a "finishing school" if you can believe that. In certain cases it helps to know proper etiquette.

Hopefully July, definitely back end, we are talking now about spending Xmas and New Year in the East, we have done it before and it was extremely nice. The Olympics in China is a must as well.
