Hi! I'm in the northeastern part, where the Pine trees grow. Each part of the state is so different. The west and south is desert, the eastern side is beach, and the north/central/northeast is pretty much average.

I've heard that San Antonio is a beautiful city, but it's unfortunately becoming overrun with illegal aliens.

When I lived in New Orleans, it rained a lot, there. I actually learned to like it. I've never been to Canada, but I'd like to one of these days.

Do you speak any other language besides English?

No, not fluently. I've studied spanish, italian and french, and a tiny bit of german, but I haven't spoken them with anyone in so long that I forget everything. I am able to pick them up, though, very quickly. Are you asking because Canada is 'bilingual"? Smile We're not, you know!

What about you?

Ha! Not anymore than Texas would be bilingual. While in New Orleans for about 12 years, I learned there was a difference between Canadian French, New Orleans French, and the French from France. I picked up a few Cajun words in French, but I really was more interested in the original language (France). So, just last night I decided to order a course for beginners, on French, German, and Spanish. I'm starting with the French. I should have it by Thursday, hopefully. I'm so excited!!

If you had the ability to invent anything, and the capital to fund it, what would it be?

(Sorry it took me a while to answer... I'm taking care of an elderly lady, here.)

No problem - I used to do that, too Smile

I would invent mannikins that actually looked like real people (stomachs! thighs, butts, you get the picture Smile and then I'd have stylists dress them in the clothes that look good on them ... that would save shoppers a lot of time and trouble, trying on stuff that doesn't fit.

After you've studied a bit, we can try to converse Smile Spanish is the easiest, by far, of those three... German is the nastiest... in grammar, anyway.

What would you invent?

A humane type of chastity belt.

Would there be a market for those in North America?

Great idea! Maybe you can have it done on the computer. I would like to invent a huge, gigantic clear dome which encircles the earth, that looks like glass, but is so strong that not even meteors can penetrate it. It would have clear hatches, operated to open or close, for space exploration and travel. Inside it, we would have huge, city-sized air purification systems that would eliminate toxins and allergens in the air.

When you said go to the questions game, I thought you meant this one. I just now discovered the other one you were actually talking about.

Would you rather go there, instead?
