The question was an attempt to confuse...

What a difference it makes if I'm an hermit or not?

Right-I think I understand.

Well Proust said we are all hermits and I concur. It is said to be the prime symbol of our culture and, whilst painful in many ways,it is the secret of our wild, unbelievable, success which we hope will last.Clint Eastwood.Lemmy Caution in Alphaville.

Do you like his movies?

Of course they are. Whereas some are more talented than others. Clint Eastwood was good 20 years ago - he should
have retired then.

Whose little darling are you?

I'm anybody's who is good enough.

Talent Cal is a strange concept.I like it to be seen when you can't just say "Cut" and do it again until it's right.Clint Eastwood has that type of talent it only appeals to certain types of mental state but Kieron Fallon has a talent for riding a highly charged racehorse to maximum advantage on that day and on that course and he has no second chances and it is of no consequence who it appeals to.That can't be learned.
In the hierarchy of talent sport ranks highest but I like movies.Epsom Derby/Oscars-No contest.

Don't you agree?

Of course, with every word you said... did you see the movie about that horse that no one expected to win? I can't remember his name, but it's based on a true story - Meatball (no, that's a singer), Screwball (no, that's a song) --ack -- what was the horse and movie's name?

No, I haven't seen that... I'm not much of a movie person, actually. Have you seen Mrs. Henderson? (I only saw that because I was trapped on an airplaine - Flyzoom, to be exact)... Smile

No.

I never fly.I never go anywhere.Haven't done for years.I can't think of anywhere I want to go.I probably would go somewhere if there was something I thought worth going for.If I went I'd just read all the time anyway and I can do that here.

What do these places have that's worth all that trouble and time and money to go see?Could it simply be just good advertising?Or the availability of something there that's illegal here?

Three questions there.
1- It's different from place to place but, at least for me, it worth the thrill, every minute of it.
2- Dont follow ads.
3- Avoid illegals.
In between two trips, I keep reading.

I suppose you haven't see the ruins of Carthage?

I haven't seen the ruins of Carthage, but I have seen Akrotiri... one of the 'theorized' sites of Atlantis - lol. Have you been there?

I've not been to Akrotiri but I was not very far and lacked time. However I now it a lot, as if I'd been there. Now Carthage is mainly history while Atlantis is a legend..

Do you like legends?
