I'd do what ever I wanted to do.

Wouldn't it be silly not doing what you wanted to do if you had enough money to do what you wanted to do?

And how can you not do what you want to do?

I was asking, dear Spendi-, what it is in particular YOU (or whomever answered) would do specifically, see?

Had you asked dear Dev the question you seem to want answering in the correct way I would still not have satisfied you.

I would buy a large brothel, have the fixtures and fittings fumigated and set about teaching the inmates how to cook and keep house properly and that would be pretty ace don't you think providing I could keep the blighters in order.

How can you do what you don't want to do?

Ah, but many sad folks do ... What about drug addicts? Women caught in abusive relationships?... Yes, they can get out and "do what they want to", but they are trapped by their own thinking, and so many other factors! Would you, could you expound or is this a foreign concept?

Sorry you found the question unsatisfactory. I try to ask general questions to get a specific answer from whomever. People tend to answer in the way interpret the question was meant. Does that make sense? Must make an exception for you!!
(You seem to be a VERY logical person. Not many are. Would that be a fair assessment at all?)

About doing "what you want to do", I imagine you always do so?

What would you do with a $1000 you have to spend in 15 minutes?

This is all I was referring to Devs. Stop getting your knickers in a twist.

Suppose it depends on who you ask. You're just quite randy on the computer!

Do you visit porn sites or are you always this "happy to see me"?

I suppose I'm logical about things I feel I know what to be logical about.I look both ways before I cross the road. That's logical. It would seem to me to be illogical to eat things I know to be harmful assuming I wish to stay healthy. It would seem logical to me that if someone ate things they knew to be harmful that they must not wish to stay healthy but if they ate things that made them feel they were superior and that feeling superior was healthier it could be logical to eat those things if the health derived from feeling superior was greater than the ill health caused by the harmful foods.

I don't know about people who are trapped inside their own thinking.I presume drug addicts are choosing what seems to be logical to them given the circumstances they are faced with and those of us who don't face those circumstances are not really qualified to comment.Especially those of us who are addicted to other things, such as oil consumption, which might be more harmful to others.I never heard of drug addiction causing global warming or lung diseases in the population.

Is that logical?

I suppose it is. You and I think from different places. What I mean is that I think from an emotional place. You, from a more logical, analytical one. Neither is either good or bad, just different. That's why I like conversing with you. You see things differently than I. I have a peculiar knack for seeing the emotional elements to a person. I love to talk to people and people watch, not as a voyeur, it's just that I'm fascinated by people. It's mostly why I do what I do / did, and why (I imagine) I've been told I'm good at it. I've worked with drug and alcohol addicts. They are a different animal, they are. Of course when you delve into anything, it can be a slippery slope explainartion-wise, but what I find fascinating is that people in certain circumstances (drug addiction, numerous psychological maladies, etc. have enough elements in common to make them/it treatable. Is that verbose enough for ya?!

What do you do or have you done for a living?
