I like to cook on a "mood basis", meaning only when I want to. Necessary cooking is sometimes a chore.
I like to bake nut breads.
Did you know eating most nuts is quite good for you?
Yes, love nuts. I also try to use them whenever I can. I baked apple, raisin, walnut muffins today to use up my extra apples. Really good - the kids love them - and they're very simple.
Do you eat almonds a lot?
(Muffins sound delightful!)
Almonds, yes, and english walnuts- some pecans but avoid peanuts. Don't even eat peanut butter, but eat tahini.
Do you like sesame seeds?
Love them - and sunflower seeds, but I'm confused about whether or not those are good for you. If I remember correctly, aren't they high is salt and fat or am I thinking of something else?
