I love Halloween too, Equus!

Hmm. Least favorite? It would probably be a tie between Mother's Day and Father's Day. While I like to 'honor mother and father', hubby and I are parents too. I prefer holiday(s) we can do what WE want to do and not feel obligated to show up for dinner at the 'rellies'!

What is your favorite place in the world and why?

You know, I found my favourite place in the world instantaneously at five am on Friday, wrote the name of the place on my palm, and it wiped off! I'm trying to find it out, as I'd like to go back there this week... I'm checking the autoroutes now to see where it could be. Vallées de ______, right by the ocean..

I'm probably never going to find the name of the damn place, unless I travel down the whole route by car again... *groan.* It was very, very beautiful, in an unplaceable way, and the ocean was amazing. I prefer to be by the sea when it rains.

So, on with the next question; is there anywhere in the world in which you could live for ever? If so, where?

Hmmm. All things aside, It'd have to be warm & sunny all the time. I suppose it would have to be somewhere tropical like Hawaii or Fiji, The Carribean?!!!

What is your favorite memory?

Difficult one, that. A night with a lover in Kuala Lumpur, his wife in Singapore and my husband in Hong Kong - the most exciting night of my life.

Yes, as honest as I can be.

Are you? (Did you make that last answer up or did it really happen, Clary?)

I am, and I am sure that Clary was honest, too.

Imagine you are dogsbody of some 'Ministry of Truth.' If you had to get rid of either Christenings or Weddings, which would you choose?

I know. I was just teasing.

Hmmm. (BTW I've never heard the word 'dogsbody'. Is it an English term?
It would probably be Christenings. From a 'theological'-type viewpoint, I guess I'd say weddings are more 'important' to society as a whole.

Where in time, if you could pick anywhere, any time would you like to live, if only for a short time?

A Dogsbody is an unimportant person called on to do tasks.

I would choose to be in Paris for Mai 68.

And you?

Hmm. So many places, so much time! I couldn't possibly limit myself to one! Okay, I'd like to try living in 1800's America or maybe somewhere else, in a wealthy family!

Do/did you have a role model? Who?

I didn't really, no, as I found that one has to set a role for oneself. Yet, my Law teacher, ('Mr. T') was like a guide to me as well as being a friend.

(I'm not being lazy, just interested in your questions:) did you?

I would like a witty epitaph on my headstone and be known as a grave worth visiting.

I drink it very occasionally, whenever nothing else is available, or whenever someone offers it to me. I usually either drink juice or water (mostly flavoured.)
