Context:

Gurus fall at every point
along the spectrum of moral wisdom. Charles Manson was a guru of sorts. Jesus, the Buddha, Muhammad, Joseph Smith, and every other patriarch and matriarch of the world's religious were as well.

Imagine a spectrum from the most moral to the most immoral. At every point in that spectrum, you can find a guru there.

The idiom is to "fall at every point on a spectrum."

"are found at every level" might be easier to understand.
