What does it mean about 'shade of something'?
For example,Does 'shade of green' mean different degrees of green?Or it means light green?
And also,what's the meaning of 'shade of meaning'?

Yes, it means slight differences in the color. Dark green vs light green, for example. "Shade of meaning" is the nuance of the expression. This is sometimes an issue of prosody.
