Hi! I'm a 26 year old woman and a coworker and I are falling for each other. He's 37. It doesn't bother me at all. I actually prefer that age, but I am wondering how my coworkers will react to it. Is it really a big deal?

@Anonymous333777,
You might want to check your company's employee handbook to see if they have any written policy against office romances and working together, especially if one of you is a subordinate of the other, before you get in too deep and one of you has to make a choice between your job and the other person.

@Anonymous333777,
Why would you care what your coworkers think? Are any of them really your friends? I'm a bit baffled there. Are you both single?

If he's you're boss, that's not a good thing and may run afoul of the HR regulations.

Here's the deal...the difference socially between a 26-yr-old woman and a 37-yr-old man is insignificant. in fact, it's fairly normal.

He'll it's not like he's 50. And even 50 is not so drastic.
